The Asian Research Centre in Estonia is a cooperation network between the University of Tartu, Tallinn University, and Tallinn University of Technology. Its aims are (1) to assemble people and institutions in Estonia that are active in the direction of Asia, (2) to provide information on developments, organisations and people related to Asia in Estonia, and (3) to strengthen Asian studies in Estonia and to promote cooperation between different parties. Through the Asian Research Centre in Estonia, the public is constantly made aware of the Asian-related activities at the University of Tartu.
