Asia and the Middle East are two of the most fascinating and rapidly developing regions of the World, creating challenges and offering opportunities for the 21st century. The curriculum will include a selection of subjects related to present-day Asia, including Asian political regimes, Asian states in world economy, economic cooperation between the European Union and Asia, etc. By focussing mainly on present-day Asia, an alternative is offered to the existing Asian curricula which concentrate on Asian languages, philosophy and ancient culture. Nonetheless, studying of Asian languages also has a significant role in the new joint curriculum.

The programme entails tailor-made study packages at our partner universities across Asia and the Middle East, and values the need to fine-tune student's practical skills through internships (included in the program) in private companies, state organisations and NGOs.
