A series of lectures on Asian economics taking place in Tartu

The economic institute of the University of Tartu is organizing a series of lectures on the specifics of Asian economics and its markets taking place Sept 11-14. The speaker will be Joseph Lau, a regarded international consultant, who has regularly visited and performed in Tartu since 2003.

The lectures are held on three dates and all talk about the internationalization of firms, specifically in the Asian region – the economic specificities and entering the markets. All lectures are in English.

The speaker Joseph C. P. Lau is s renowned introducer of the Singapore development path regarding different strategic management topics. Lau has regularly been teaching in universities around the world, also giving training in management for officials of different countries and is a Civil Service College consultant for the Singapore prime minister.
